NAME: Steam Burn[break] CLASS: D[break] DESCRIPTION: The ability to manipulate water particles in the air to steam, effectively burning the opponent. Can deal up to 2nd degree burns, both outside and inside the body. This ability causes the user to also burn themselves, as the steam needs a conduit (usually hands, feet, or mouth), the drawback being after they use this power, they are incapable of attacking again for the duration of the battle.[break]
