Chaos is known as the being that never became a star. It is everywhere and yet nowhere at the same time.
Neither good nor evil, the ultimate expression of nothingness. The antithesis of the cosmos, creation itself.
Although Chaos claims to be the very state of existence from which the first entities appeared, it cannot form into the entity it wants most.
So it has been cursed to stay in the form of a dark and shapeless void. Floating between existence and nonexistence.
Longingly watching as stars are constantly born and lives are lived. The seeds of malice had been planted, flourished and transformed Chaos into the purest form of evil.

One could say it was luck that got her here before everything went to hell. Some would have deemed it was fate that had decided her classes were to be canceled for the day. That she would be allowed to start her interning job within the office this very day. Unlike her prior outings there was no need to adorn the disguise that kept her breathing this beautiful, cold air. Instead, she allowed herself some kind of freedom with her almost neon bright pink hair that was yanked back into a tight ponytail. Even strapped up and out of the way it fell to the middle of her back each strand shifting from side to side whenever she moved.[break] While she was able to have some kind of freedom her attire never really changed from her day to day life. A black turtleneck, jeans, and combat boots covered her body keeping the ivory flesh that covered her hidden from few. It was a good thing she liked wearing such things for this day was colder than a bitch. A shiver ranked up her spine as she quickly took the steps to the office two by two. When she was able to yank the door open and step inside the blast of warmth that hit her caused a sigh to part her lips.[break] Oh yeah. That hit the spot. Or rather spots that were freezing. A loud bang and vibration informed her that something was coming through on her phone. Yanking it from the backs of her black jeans Noire turned to stare at the warning that was flashing across the bright screen. Snowstorms? One would have to be joking, after all, there was no way in hell that was happening.[break] Or she was totally wrong. Having turned to stare at the outside one could see the freak nature that was covering the usually bright city. Well, she would hate to be the sucker who got caught in that shit storm. A chuckle at her own joke had the silence breaking before she moved toward her new job. Interning, a nice way to get the hands-on within this job that she needed. [break] Halting at the door she lifted her hand knocking lightly on the outside before she pushed it open slightly allowing herself to pick her head through just enough. "Hello?" Pushing it open fully Noire stepped inside. " Mr. Vesper? Do you happen to be here? I was sent by one of my professors for the internship that you have going...." her voice trailed off as she moved away from the door. Eyes taking in her surroundings.
[attr="class","nologicpost1"] The storm had not made things easy today and Julius honestly could only sigh. There were a few who could not go to work because they lived in a different adornment and traffic due to the storm was too great or the distance was too far. Those who could though did go which resulted to only about three prosecutors and a few interns. Julius noted that he didn't see Sei but today wasn't his day to show up. He can only hope the boy was doing alright and keeping himself safe and warm. As Julius looked through the files, he had his computer on to listen to the news. There was a warning to not go outside due to the storm, one that appeared out of nowhere seeing as this was not only New Paris but also November.[break][break]
Hopefully, this would at least deter crime and Julius can push a few court cases in the meantime. A few of his hearings though had been pushed back for obvious reasons and the prosecutor had sent out e-mails to apologize to the victims because of it. Most had yet to reply but those who did seemed to be understanding at least.[break][break]
The male shivered despite his black collared shirt, white jacket and then an additional black coat. His hands were covered in black gloves and he wore long black pants but yet, he still felt the cold. This weather was honestly just abysmal. A sigh parted from his lips before Julius stood up and walked out of his office room and into the break room in order to get some hot chocolate. He needed something to warm up. As he prepared the instant hot chocolate, gray eyes glanced over at the office Marucie would usually occupy which was cleverly placed across from the break room. Julius hoped his mentor was doing alright as well, he should send him a text later to make sure.[break][break]
When Julius head back to his office, right at the door with her back turned towards him was a girl with pink-haired tied back in a ponytail. Gray eyes narrowed not so much in anger at the girl as much as at her professor for sending her out during this snowstorm. Julius had offered to take interns for his office if only because he understood the need for experience. Most of the ones he took were students of his former professors who he respected as well but to hear that one of them had sent her here. Hopefully, such a thing was done before the storm, "that...would be...me." he announced behind her.[break][break]
"Are you..." Gray eyes became distant as its owner tried to recall the name, "Madame Wynter?" Yes, that was it right? He was sure that was in the letter of recommendation to Julius. Then remember that the girl must have walked over to the building, Julius held the unsipped hot chocolate in front of her in silent offering.

To say that he was having a bad day would be a big understatement. He should have been in the warmth of his home instead of hiking through knee deep snow in the middle of the city. His school was at fault for that. In their infinite wisdom, they decided to have the school open unlike other schools, who were closed because of the blizzard. This only proved to make them look stupider after having to send everyone home early. The storm started to pick up again not long after the first class and everyone could have been trapped if they didn't leave.
As much as the school was at fault for staying open, he can only blame himself for going in the first place. His initial thoughts weren't the same that morning. At first, he didn't think too much about the storm and wanted to get ahead in his school work. This simple-minded thought would prove to be his downfall. Being in the storm felt as if he wasn't even wearing a coat. The cold went right through the material, completely ignoring it.
He can't take it anymore. It felt as if his instincts were screaming at him, telling him to get inside and away from the cold. The boy listened to them and found himself in front of an office building. He pulled himself inside with as much strength as he can muster and fell on the ground as soon as he entered the building.

The voice announced itself behind her and with a professional smile Noire turned on her heel to greet the other. Bright eyes landed on his figure and she felt herself freeze in place. Oh. Seems she had met with a liar in the early part of the week. She kept her expression light as if she had never met the male in her whole life. "Why yes, I am indeed Madame Wynter. It is a pleasure to meet you Mr. Vesper." while the words sounded strong, kind and all around swell. What she really wished to do was point at the man and deem him a big fat liar.[break] She was as always ignoring the fact that she was also a liar having given him a fake name, and even wearing a disguise. Beside the point. Noire felt a sudden rush of joy slam into her system for the fact that she knew him but he wouldn't know her. Oh, it was like Christmas morning brought to her early. Moving from staring at the others face she instead turned her gaze on the cup that he was offering her. "Thank you." lifting her cold hands she wrapped them around his mug and slowly pulled it from his grasp. It was rather chilly and the warmth just from the mug alone was nice.[break] "It is pleasure to meet yo-" her words were cut off by the loud thumping sound that came from the hallway. Having left the door open to the office when she had first walked into it. Curiously came like a bolt of lightning for the female as she stepped back two steps from Julius. Turning on her heel Noire moved toward the door trying to keep from smiling with such joy. "I wonder what that was..." she mused out as she moved out into the hallway.[break] Serious if she was in a horror movie she probably would have been the first to die. Having the urge to always run toward the noises and never away from them. Coming to a halt when she finally saw what it was Noire couldn't help that she stared at the body for a few seconds before dipping down. Mug still locked in both hands as she rested on the back of her heels. "Oh dear." the words came out clear, loud and showed the compassion she "felt" toward the other. Wonder if he is dead... the thought crossed her mind yet she never reached out to touch the other. [break] The mug was to warm to let it go just yet. Maybe she should fake like she didn't know how to read a pulse so the other could handle it. He seemed the type to jump into the fire for others.
[attr="class","nologicpost1"] So this was indeed Wynter. Julius gave a nod as he examined the girl in front of him. His professor had given her the recommendation with a strange additional note on how her personality might flow well with Julius's own. he was unsure of what that was supposed to mean. Perhaps it was something he would pick up as this internship continues. Either way, he handed the girl his cup of hot chocolate in order to warm herself seeing as he could easily make some more. [break][break]
Noire was about to continue with the formalities when there was a sudden thumping in the hallway. Was it someone outside or a youma? Julius was unsure which one he wanted it to be. The male opened his mouth ready to tell her to wait when the girl had already started to backtrack her way towards the entrance. Julius merely followed behind to see a boy no older than sixteen on the floor. Gray eyes widened as he strode over and knelt down with the intern next to him.[break][break]
The prosecutor was the first to make a move checking for a pulse by placing his fingers on the veins of the boy's neck. "He's..alive..." there was a sense of relief despite the monotony in his tone. "close the door," he ordered before taking off his coat (his bod shivering in protest) and draping it over the boy's body. Just what was he doing outside in the cold? Didn't he know there was a snow storm right now? Where were his parents? Did they know he was here?[break][break]
Gently, Julius tried to shake the boy hoping he would wake up and be able to answer a few questions. He should also probably make some extra hot chocolate while he was at it. After the boy wakes, that is.
[newclass=.nologicimg]height:70px;width:70px;padding:15px;background-color:#222222;border-radius:100%;float:left;margin:20px 25px 0px -35px;[/newclass]
The boy felt himself hit the ground with a bit of force but didn't show any signs of pain like one normally would. This was because he was too occupied by being nearly frozen stiff from being outside for so long. It was almost painful just how cold he was. He didn't even bother to get up and decided to stay on the ground for another minute so his body can warm up a bit. Still, it would do him some good to get the door closed at least since the cold air from outside was hitting him on the back.
Moments after his arrival, he started to hear heavy footsteps from in front of him along with their voices. It was clear enough for him to make it out that there were two people coming towards him. One of their voices sounded like a female's and was a bit sarcastic in his opinion while the other was a male's, who was actually worried about him. His eyes being closed might not be doing any good since they think he is dead right now.
"I'm ok." The boy called out to the two and slowly got up from the ground, taking his coat off of his body. "I was just too tired from hiking through all of that snow. Hold on a second." Walking pass Julius, he grabbed the door and closed it shut so the cold air would stop entering.
