You are no capable of freezing any part of your body into solid ice. However, the ice that forms against your skin rivals the density of glaciers. That'll pack a punch, right? Also, if you wish to freeze water, all you need is a simple touch and thought. The water will immediately freeze at your command. However, though you may be able to freeze water, you can not convert it back to its liquid form with this skill. Also, you are still capable of melting if in ice form. NAME: Steam Burn[break]

DESCRIPTION: The ability to manipulate water particles in the air to steam, effectively burning the opponent. Can deal up to 2nd degree burns, both outside and inside the body. This ability causes the user to also burn themselves, as the steam needs a conduit (usually hands, feet, or mouth), the drawback being after they use this power, they are incapable of attacking again for the duration of the battle.[break]
