Chaos is known as the being that never became a star. It is everywhere and yet nowhere at the same time.
Neither good nor evil, the ultimate expression of nothingness. The antithesis of the cosmos, creation itself.
Although Chaos claims to be the very state of existence from which the first entities appeared, it cannot form into the entity it wants most.
So it has been cursed to stay in the form of a dark and shapeless void. Floating between existence and nonexistence.
Longingly watching as stars are constantly born and lives are lived. The seeds of malice had been planted, flourished and transformed Chaos into the purest form of evil.

Go![break] Oh how cute, how adorable....how stupidly annoying this was becoming. She wasn't sure what was going on in that room which was bumming her the hell out. Noire was a curious thing by nature and not being able to see it was killing her. With a click, she couldn't help the small sigh that escaped her lips once more. It seemed that he wasn't going to let her in which meant; force.[break] Leaning back on her heels Noire thought about just using her gift and puking on the damn door. But then she would lose control and she hated when that happened. Her name was called by the other and she felt her head slightly tilted to the side. Was he still worried about her?[break] Lifting up her index finger Noire did the one thing that she knew would work. She bit down hard on the flesh breaking the skin. The sharp pain came in a rush but she ignored it like she always did. Pulling back she stared at the bright crimson that slowly poured from the wound. That one drop came to life when she placed it on the rusted lock of the door.[break] A sizzling sound was heard, small enough that it wouldn't draw too much attention. Her gaze kept on the lock as she watched it slowly melt away. Lifting her finger to her lips she sucked the rest of the blood into her mouth not wanting it to be open for too long. It would ease like all little wounds that happened, much like a paper cut of sorts. Her other hand lifted toward the knob and with a sudden twist and yank, she tossed the damn door open finally. [break] Ignoring the male as if he wasn't there Noire's gaze landed on the ghost before him. Oh, it looked tasty. "Well well well..." stepping into the room she noticed the light that shined from the phone located on the floor. "Don't you just look nice and juicy." shifting her eyes toward the other she offered him a small smirk. "Are you perhaps done playing with our little friend here Connor?"
[attr="class","nologicpost1"] Silence from both the spirit and Ava..if she as even there. Actually, maybe she did leave. Good, that would leave him with some room. That would give him time at least. Gray eyes squinted once again trying to find the strange disruption that was similar to a heat wave within the room (rather ironic as the room was still getting colder) but to no avail. Was the ghost hiding? The room was still cold so clear it must still be here.[break][break]
Before he can fully figure out just where it was, there was the sound of a door opening. What? Turning around he saw a familiar blue haired figure. She walked over his phone with a calm that really should not exist, her eyes seeming to be looking at something. Julius turned to find that strange disruption again. The spirit! Or youma...again he was still very unsure. Whatever it was, Ava was able to find it with ease..how?[break][break]
It took Julius a moment to remember that he had given her an alias. Connor..right. "Who...what are you?" That was the better question. Gray eyes narrowed at her. He hadn't had the chance to look at the door yet to figure out how she had opened it but clearly, she shouldn't have been able to. There was that calm and the certainty she spoke with earlier and that smirk she was wearing now.[break][break]

Black orbs watched him as those gray eyes narrowed on her. The look of someone trying to connect the dots was rather exciting to see. No one really seemed to figure out just what she was and if did, maybe he could tell her. The eyes that watched him while filled with an inhuman color seemed to glow ever so slightly. As if something was hiding in the background there but yet...unseen to the human eye.[break] "Good question. When you find out do tell me." leaning forward Noire allowed her lips to curve into a large smile. Screw the smirk she was happy that her meal was so very close. If there was one ghost there could be more. She was starting to think of this house as a buffet of some kind. [break] "So now that you see it what are you going to do...mhmm...or really..." snapping back into a straight position Noire leaned on the back of her heels before speaking again "...can you even do anything?" It seemed that she was in fact very lucky to have fate within her life. Such a being had brought her here to play with such a person. [break] A wail sounded interrupting their little talk which caused Noire's eye to twitch ever so slightly. She could feel the sudden rush of anger which meant the path she was going was rather dangerous. Eyes narrowed before looking at the ghost from the side of her gaze. "Shut it." a growl was ripped from her lips but the soft screeching noise that came from nowhere seemed to work.[break] The wailing stopped and the spirit seemed to puff it only for a few more minutes. That smirk was back once more as if it had never left her face. Eyes traveled to the phone located near them allowing herself to do a good deed Noire bent down. Fingers snatching it up so that she could hold it for the other for now. "So now that you know its a ghost what are you planning to do?" Lifting her hand she held the phone out for the other to grasp.
[attr="class","nologicpost1"] Ava leaned in closer widening her smirk into a full-blown grin that can easily match the Chesire Cat's in Julius's opinion. Then she leaned back asking him what he was going to do, what he could do, and leaned onto her heels. He was unsure if he could actually hurt the ghost or youma. Actually, now that he doubted the ability to damage it, perhaps it was a spirit. Do magic work on ghosts? It could also very well be the fact that he didn't actually hit it. That would mean it could very well be a youma as well. It seems he wasn't truly able to confirm on either one.[break][break]
Before he can answer, or even decide if he should, a loud wail can be heard. Julius winced and took a few steps away from the source of the sound. Ava, on the other hand, had growled at the spirit (youma?) to shut up. There was the sound of a screech followed by a silence of the wailing.[break][break]
Could she speak to it? The blue haired female acknowledged the creature as a ghost and asked what he planned to do with it. "Find its victims and eliminate it," he spoke with the certainty he would bring into a court case. "Are you...an-" wait no...that wasn't it. She wasn't an exorcist because of this sensation. He was sure he felt it with other people before. Around the magician at the circus, Jayce, Merlin, and Yvette. This...this sensation..."who's...your contractor?" he decided to ask instead as he took the phone from her offered hand. It was from this angle, he was able to see the door was opened and not too damaged. Strange.

"Victims you say?" She wondered if he was truly thinking or just deeming the ghost in the "wrong". As far as she could tell the ghost never took their life or hurt them in any way. All it did was easer whatever happened during the time in the house before sending them off. Far as Noire could see it was just defending itself from people like them.[break] "I would think since they came back alive they wouldn't be seen as a victim. But none the less. Did you have any luck when you did your thing after locking me out?" the female knew the answer since the ghost was still around. But she wanted him to actually admit it. [break] Was she getting back at him for locking her out? Hell yes. She didn't really care for that kind of attitude though he was protecting her. Still adorable in such unwanted actions. Eyes watched as he took the phone from her and asked a question that would deem were their path would lead.[break] It meant so much that small yet innocent question. Taking a small breath Noire allowed herself to move forward invading the others space without a care in the world. He was slightly taller than her since Noire knew her height to be around five feet and five inches. That Cheshire smile was there as she halted in her movements placing herself a few inches from his body. "Not nice Connor to ask that of a woman on our very first date~" tsking at him as if he did something so very wrong. "Shouldn't we get to know one other before you go ahead and ask such a thing?" with an unladylike snort Noire leaned back just slightly enough to raise her hand. With a small tap of her index finger, she lightly tapped the nose of the other much like one did to a child. "You tell me yours and I tell you to mine~" Was she really going to tell him? It was a fifty-fifty chance.
[attr="class","nologicpost1"] Julius gestured over to where the distortion was, 'that's..not alive," he argued. That wasn't alive. One can barely see them and their only communication were wailings, moans and possibly screeches. How could that be defined as alive by anyone? He needed to know who had caused them to linger to a decrepit building such a this. [break][break]
The prosecutor opted to not answer her question. She knew what the answer was, she saw it herself. Instead, he asked her who her contractor was. If she gave him an inquisitive look then he could also merely shrug that off. However, what had happened instead was Ava stepping closer to him and Julius leaning away from her. He didn't want to take a step back as it could be interpreted as a sign of weakness but at the same time, he was a man of personal space. She spoke on how it was rude to ask her such a question on the first date before asking the same from him.[break][break]
Hypocritical but also..."we're not..on a...date." Was this what the blue haired woman considered to be a date? It was honestly almost sad. Even Julius who was not socialized very well had been on better dates than this. When she leaned back, the prosecutor allowed himself to somewhat return to his standing position. That had been a mistake because the girl then poked him on the nose earning her a small blink and a blank stare. [break][break]
That was it? Rather simple really. "Io...evoker...I'm a...magi." He answered seeing no reason to hide such a thing. Even if she was normal, those words would mean nothing to her and should she try to speak of it, others would see her as insane. If she was a magi, contractor or a vessel, there would be no reason to hide such information from him once he had confessed to be ing a magi. If she was a corrupted, he never had any plans to spy on them or use deception. In other words, Julius had nothing to lose. "Your turn," he reminded his black eyed conversation partner.

Tsking him because of his heartless words Noire only shrugged at his response. "Well to each his own, if they have a form wouldn't they be alive?" posing the question with that ever-present grin. If she wasn't careful her lips may just end up stuck in that upright position. [break] With another shrug, she all but ignored his opinion that they were in fact not on a date. She only said that sentence as a way to see how he would react. Maybe some blushing, some words that came out in a rush. Instead she got...nothing. It was like talking to a brick wall.[break] evoker....magi...[break] It was hard not to wonder which one. Noire hadn't met anyone who was a magi, really she never met an evoker either. The fact that he gave the info out while believing she would surprise her. It once more showed on her face as Noire snapped back giving him his much wanted space.[break] Wide eyes watched him as if she couldn't figure out if he was that naive or just off. "Huh..." she wasn't sure if she should point out that giving out this info wasn't a good idea or clap him on the back and say a good job for trusting. "Vice." was all she gave him.[break] It truly was all she needed to give him. After, all that one word said much more than what was needed. Corrupted to her very core she was meant to hunt down the bright stars and hand them to her contractor on a silver platter. And she would without a doubt do such a thing. "Do you usually give out what you are when you "feel" something about the other person..." curious minds do wonder.
[attr="class","nologicpost1"] It was strange how Ava had agreed to disagree and yet still continued on with this debate. A contradiction if anything but not the usual contradictions Julius would often have to deal with during testimonies. No, it wasn't one due to a misremembering or an outright lie but rather...something a contrarian would have? Yes, it was more align of debating for the sake of debating rather than for the debate to some means to an end. It was almost strange really. "No." He simply answered. Just because one was given a form that did not mean they were alive unless one counted rocks and buildings to be alive. After all, those were given forms but Julius hardly considered inanimate objects to be alive. "They simply...exist." But existence was simply not the same as life.[break][break]
When asked, Julius had given away his information with relative ease. Which seemed to surprise Ava as she snapped back allowing the prosecutor to have his space once again. The male almost breathed a sigh of relief. Gray eyes stared into widened black ones before Ava breathed out her answer.[break][break]
Vice.[break][break]
The opposition in every way. Similar to prey and predator, Julius was to hunt down youmas but he had also taken it upon himself to also fight a corrupted should he meet one. After all, they were an agent of chaos and Julius was one of order. [break][break]
"Golden rays I conjure thee. To give thy truth unto me," he spoke the incantation and a golden lasso was created ready to wrap itself around Ava's arms to her waist should she be caught off guard.
note: another thing for noire to hold against julius, not answering her questions.
