Chaos is known as the being that never became a star. It is everywhere and yet nowhere at the same time.
Neither good nor evil, the ultimate expression of nothingness. The antithesis of the cosmos, creation itself.
Although Chaos claims to be the very state of existence from which the first entities appeared, it cannot form into the entity it wants most.
So it has been cursed to stay in the form of a dark and shapeless void. Floating between existence and nonexistence.
Longingly watching as stars are constantly born and lives are lived. The seeds of malice had been planted, flourished and transformed Chaos into the purest form of evil.

Palms touched together for the first time. Though it backfired and she ended up seeing some more of his memories. So he pulled back giving her an apology. Showed what he stated before about not having control over the ability. Noire didn't berate him or even make a comment that he had shown her something again. Instead, she offered him a small encouraging smile so he could try it once more. Watching as he did so. Fingers once more took hold of her own. The rush of memories came slamming into his system and she knew just what he was seeing. [break] Her life had not been easy, but Noire wasn't the type to dwell on such things. When the contact was broken those eyes locked on his features. Tears streamed down his face as he seemed to be confused by what he saw and what he felt during that time. Crying....for her? Her head slowly tilted to the side as she stared. She had never seen anyone cry after hearing anything about her life. The fact that he was crying so much due to just seeing it was rather amazing.[break] "Show you what?" she questioned him as he seemed to be drowning in the anguish of her memories. Was it because he had gotten a feel to the beast that was locked in her body? The pure rage that dwelled in her system ready to be ripped anyone who was in her way apart. "My memories?" she questioned him as Noire leaned forward once more. This time her hands moved with her placing them on the thighs of the other so she could get closer to his figure. [break] She broke through the personal space once more until her breath fanned his cheeks. Eyes stared at the tears that he was shedding. "Are you crying for what you saw? for I know that I never cried during those times...." or did she? Noire wasn't fully sure due to passing out most of the time. Maybe she did cry. Maybe he was just feeling what she had felt during those moments. The fingers on his thighs tightened a degree as she locked eyes with him in this closed position. "How very interesting."

Please, young lady, be still[break] Noire came to a halt in her movements at the sound of the voice. Was he planning to stop her? She dare hoped not because she was going to have to kick the male if he tired. Just when the right situation came upon her that she could finally go exploring.[break] Slowly she turned around to find the figure who had spoken. What greeted her was a white-faced male who looked like a clown who jumped out of a storybook. Interesting. Bright green eyes took in the high-class features, the teardrop, and star bright against the pale white of his flesh. Was he wearing makeup perhaps? Or did he, in fact, have that tattooed on his cheeks? Noire had the sudden urge to reach up and touch them to see if they were wiped away.[break] "Yes?" She couldn't help that her eyes dipped and followed the hand that appeared with the white handkerchief. It was hard to focus on his words as he watched him make the book vanish from view completely. Now that was just interesting. She wondered how he did it. Actually, she was tempted to just forget the child and the outside to break down just what he had done.[break] Tempted. But she wasn't about ready to give up the idea of exploring just yet. Finally, Noire broke whatever spell that had her staring at his hands waiting for the book to reappear. "Is it now and wait, what?" her head snapped up to stare at his face. He was offering to come with her? She didn't know if she truly wanted another with her on this adventure. But, it was always better to go in a pair for such a thing.[break] Plus she didn't want it to seem suspicious if she chose to go alone. After all, was she really going out to find the child? Allowing her lips to curve into a smile Noire gave a small nod in his direction. "I would be more than happy for the help in such a search." Damn now she actually had to find the child in a timely manner.[break] Eyes flicked to the worried mother as she gave her a small smile. She didn't care to find the child truth be told. If the mother could lose her own kid in such a dangerous scene the child was probably better left out in the cold.

They were once more at their seats as Noire took her stool once more. He gulped down the drink that had been left there prior to his need to run. The pink haired female took it upon herself to reach for her own glass lifting it toward her lips. Unlike the other this time around she only took a small sip of it to fully enjoy the burn that followed in its wake.[break] While she had posed the idea of getting to know his ability Noire didn't think he would actually start talking to her about it. Was it because she actually said the name of Marceline so he felt comfortable enough to speak about such things? Placing the glass on the countertop once more. "Interesting." it could be a rather nice gift if one could fully grasp control over it.[break] She wondered what else he could do with such a thing. Alex posed his own question about how she to know the female known as Marceline. "Mhmm..." turning her attention away from the male for a few seconds she lifted her arm and flagged down the bartender once more. When he appeared before them with a bottle ready to pour them each a new round Noire's hand snagged out. Fingers laying against the sleeve of his arm before she mentioned for him to leave the bottle for the two of them to enjoy. [break] Noire didn't wish to have to keep calling him when she was dying for a drink. "Well much like you I take it, she visited me when I needed her the most." As she turned those eyes on his features once more. An interesting idea formed her in mind as if connecting the dots with such a glee. Leaning forward she invaded the others space with that Cheshire cat smile wrapping her lips upward. "Since it works both ways...." a hand lifted in the air before him. "Do you wish to give it a try?" fingers wiggled before him.[break] Did she care that she was in his space? That she was invading the personal bubble that people had. Not even a little. Those eyes watched him for any kind of reaction to what she offered. A few into her own past one that she didn't mind sharing if she could see how it all worked. Curiosity killed the cat they said...or did it?

Tsking him because of his heartless words Noire only shrugged at his response. "Well to each his own, if they have a form wouldn't they be alive?" posing the question with that ever-present grin. If she wasn't careful her lips may just end up stuck in that upright position. [break] With another shrug, she all but ignored his opinion that they were in fact not on a date. She only said that sentence as a way to see how he would react. Maybe some blushing, some words that came out in a rush. Instead she got...nothing. It was like talking to a brick wall.[break] evoker....magi...[break] It was hard not to wonder which one. Noire hadn't met anyone who was a magi, really she never met an evoker either. The fact that he gave the info out while believing she would surprise her. It once more showed on her face as Noire snapped back giving him his much wanted space.[break] Wide eyes watched him as if she couldn't figure out if he was that naive or just off. "Huh..." she wasn't sure if she should point out that giving out this info wasn't a good idea or clap him on the back and say a good job for trusting. "Vice." was all she gave him.[break] It truly was all she needed to give him. After, all that one word said much more than what was needed. Corrupted to her very core she was meant to hunt down the bright stars and hand them to her contractor on a silver platter. And she would without a doubt do such a thing. "Do you usually give out what you are when you "feel" something about the other person..." curious minds do wonder.

Come now~" the soft purr came as she wiggled her fingers once more. A touch wouldn't do anything to her after all he was just feeling the flesh that she adorned. Oh, how those words could have been taken back after it all.[break] The feel of soft flesh meeting came when their hands intertwined with one other. It started off with a rush of warmth one would always get when they touch another human but soon turned into something she couldn't control or handle. A rush of memories that didn't belong to her came whooshing into her mind. They latched onto her and stayed this wasn't a flash before one's eyes kind of motion. It was a full-blown invasion into the depths that were usually kept secret from others.[break] Though it was one memory that stood out before the rest. The green haired, bright-eyed woman. Lady marceline, the same female who had saved Noire from the claws of death. The contact was broken in a flash, the memory flow was cut off and Noire couldn't help the soft gasp that followed. She registered his voice but her eyes couldn't focus until she blinked just a few times. Shaking her head quickly Noire's gaze latched on Alex's process of leaving. Like hell.[break] Out of the seat in a flash Noire moved across the room until she was beside the other as he tried to put the rest of his winter clothing on. "This is why one shouldn't wear so much." fingers lifting she tugged on the fabric of his attire before sliding around him. Halting in the space before him those bright eyes rose to lock with his own. "I see. The gift that Lady Marceline caused you to have is interesting. Does it work both ways?" Stepping closer she invaded his space enough that she could reach out hands halting his process of putting the clothes on.[break] "Relax. No need to panic. No need to stress." Her voice was soothing as she watched him. Noire couldn't help the smirk that started to form. "Do you want to know a secret? One you probably figured out already. But I know Lady Marceline's divine touch to you know...so let us talk." With a slight push she tried to move him back in the direction of their chairs.

The voice announced itself behind her and with a professional smile Noire turned on her heel to greet the other. Bright eyes landed on his figure and she felt herself freeze in place. Oh. Seems she had met with a liar in the early part of the week. She kept her expression light as if she had never met the male in her whole life. "Why yes, I am indeed Madame Wynter. It is a pleasure to meet you Mr. Vesper." while the words sounded strong, kind and all around swell. What she really wished to do was point at the man and deem him a big fat liar.[break] She was as always ignoring the fact that she was also a liar having given him a fake name, and even wearing a disguise. Beside the point. Noire felt a sudden rush of joy slam into her system for the fact that she knew him but he wouldn't know her. Oh, it was like Christmas morning brought to her early. Moving from staring at the others face she instead turned her gaze on the cup that he was offering her. "Thank you." lifting her cold hands she wrapped them around his mug and slowly pulled it from his grasp. It was rather chilly and the warmth just from the mug alone was nice.[break] "It is pleasure to meet yo-" her words were cut off by the loud thumping sound that came from the hallway. Having left the door open to the office when she had first walked into it. Curiously came like a bolt of lightning for the female as she stepped back two steps from Julius. Turning on her heel Noire moved toward the door trying to keep from smiling with such joy. "I wonder what that was..." she mused out as she moved out into the hallway.[break] Serious if she was in a horror movie she probably would have been the first to die. Having the urge to always run toward the noises and never away from them. Coming to a halt when she finally saw what it was Noire couldn't help that she stared at the body for a few seconds before dipping down. Mug still locked in both hands as she rested on the back of her heels. "Oh dear." the words came out clear, loud and showed the compassion she "felt" toward the other. Wonder if he is dead... the thought crossed her mind yet she never reached out to touch the other. [break] The mug was to warm to let it go just yet. Maybe she should fake like she didn't know how to read a pulse so the other could handle it. He seemed the type to jump into the fire for others.

"Victims you say?" She wondered if he was truly thinking or just deeming the ghost in the "wrong". As far as she could tell the ghost never took their life or hurt them in any way. All it did was easer whatever happened during the time in the house before sending them off. Far as Noire could see it was just defending itself from people like them.[break] "I would think since they came back alive they wouldn't be seen as a victim. But none the less. Did you have any luck when you did your thing after locking me out?" the female knew the answer since the ghost was still around. But she wanted him to actually admit it. [break] Was she getting back at him for locking her out? Hell yes. She didn't really care for that kind of attitude though he was protecting her. Still adorable in such unwanted actions. Eyes watched as he took the phone from her and asked a question that would deem were their path would lead.[break] It meant so much that small yet innocent question. Taking a small breath Noire allowed herself to move forward invading the others space without a care in the world. He was slightly taller than her since Noire knew her height to be around five feet and five inches. That Cheshire smile was there as she halted in her movements placing herself a few inches from his body. "Not nice Connor to ask that of a woman on our very first date~" tsking at him as if he did something so very wrong. "Shouldn't we get to know one other before you go ahead and ask such a thing?" with an unladylike snort Noire leaned back just slightly enough to raise her hand. With a small tap of her index finger, she lightly tapped the nose of the other much like one did to a child. "You tell me yours and I tell you to mine~" Was she really going to tell him? It was a fifty-fifty chance.

Noire lifted her glass once more this time she didn't pause as she drowned the liquid fully. Smacking the glass on the counter she slid it away from her to snatch up the other one. She was going to get herself rather toasty before the night was over. "Ahh, the snow storm from hell!" eyes flicked to the door though it never opened she could almost see the white flakes falling to the floor.[break] Yanking her gaze away from that she allowed it to fully focus on the other. Pining him there as she watched the soft red tint start to form on the curve of his cheeks. Was that a blush she saw? A small smirk curve the side of her lips upward as she carefully watched him. Her head tilted to the side as he seemed to switch topics moving to something she wasn't excepted and couldn't seem to understand. Was he nervous, the question really was did she make him nervous?[break] "Why thank you very much. I do like my name, and find it to be rather attractive." lifting a finger she tapped the bar to get the bartenders attention before raising her second glass. The man was gonna earn his money and make sure Noire was never dry during this time. "All my life. Though where in New Paris is the real question that most people want to know." slowly those piercing eyes blinked before she leaned forward ignoring his comment about the winter and the heavy snowfall. "Do you wish to know if I am from the good part of town my dear Vesper, or the bad part of town?" a chuckle came before she leaned back with a sudden motion. [break] Fully placing the glass on the counter Noire forgot about it while she spoke. "They say you can tell a person's upbringing from their hands. Shall we?" Raising a pair of slim hands she let them hang before the other. Fingers giving some wiggle as she waited for him to decide if he was going to take the jump or not.

Black orbs watched him as those gray eyes narrowed on her. The look of someone trying to connect the dots was rather exciting to see. No one really seemed to figure out just what she was and if did, maybe he could tell her. The eyes that watched him while filled with an inhuman color seemed to glow ever so slightly. As if something was hiding in the background there but yet...unseen to the human eye.[break] "Good question. When you find out do tell me." leaning forward Noire allowed her lips to curve into a large smile. Screw the smirk she was happy that her meal was so very close. If there was one ghost there could be more. She was starting to think of this house as a buffet of some kind. [break] "So now that you see it what are you going to do...mhmm...or really..." snapping back into a straight position Noire leaned on the back of her heels before speaking again "...can you even do anything?" It seemed that she was in fact very lucky to have fate within her life. Such a being had brought her here to play with such a person. [break] A wail sounded interrupting their little talk which caused Noire's eye to twitch ever so slightly. She could feel the sudden rush of anger which meant the path she was going was rather dangerous. Eyes narrowed before looking at the ghost from the side of her gaze. "Shut it." a growl was ripped from her lips but the soft screeching noise that came from nowhere seemed to work.[break] The wailing stopped and the spirit seemed to puff it only for a few more minutes. That smirk was back once more as if it had never left her face. Eyes traveled to the phone located near them allowing herself to do a good deed Noire bent down. Fingers snatching it up so that she could hold it for the other for now. "So now that you know its a ghost what are you planning to do?" Lifting her hand she held the phone out for the other to grasp.

With the glass wrapped in her grips, Noire leaned back slightly as the other joined her. That smirk still gracing her lips now that she had a partner for this adventure. It wasn't hard to allow the chuckle to escape at the others words. That was probably a wonderful pickup line had the other's voice not sounded like he was nervous within her presence.[break] "Ahhh. Well, you see I was already out and about when this happened. So I thought why not get drunk for the night yes?" lifting the glass in a silent cheer once more Noire took a deep gulp of the liquid. It burned her throat and caused her to give a small cough under her breath.[break] Whiskey always had a nice way of going down and coming up if one couldn't handle it. "So what has you out and about on such a nice day? Anything fun and exciting that will leave the mind in wonder and glee?" placing the glass on the counter top. A second later she placed her elbow next to it as she rested her chin in the palm of her hand.[break]As she sat staring at him Noire's eyes widen and she offered him a nice smile before leaning forward. "It seems I forgot to give you my name is Noire"

Go![break] Oh how cute, how adorable....how stupidly annoying this was becoming. She wasn't sure what was going on in that room which was bumming her the hell out. Noire was a curious thing by nature and not being able to see it was killing her. With a click, she couldn't help the small sigh that escaped her lips once more. It seemed that he wasn't going to let her in which meant; force.[break] Leaning back on her heels Noire thought about just using her gift and puking on the damn door. But then she would lose control and she hated when that happened. Her name was called by the other and she felt her head slightly tilted to the side. Was he still worried about her?[break] Lifting up her index finger Noire did the one thing that she knew would work. She bit down hard on the flesh breaking the skin. The sharp pain came in a rush but she ignored it like she always did. Pulling back she stared at the bright crimson that slowly poured from the wound. That one drop came to life when she placed it on the rusted lock of the door.[break] A sizzling sound was heard, small enough that it wouldn't draw too much attention. Her gaze kept on the lock as she watched it slowly melt away. Lifting her finger to her lips she sucked the rest of the blood into her mouth not wanting it to be open for too long. It would ease like all little wounds that happened, much like a paper cut of sorts. Her other hand lifted toward the knob and with a sudden twist and yank, she tossed the damn door open finally. [break] Ignoring the male as if he wasn't there Noire's gaze landed on the ghost before him. Oh, it looked tasty. "Well well well..." stepping into the room she noticed the light that shined from the phone located on the floor. "Don't you just look nice and juicy." shifting her eyes toward the other she offered him a small smirk. "Are you perhaps done playing with our little friend here Connor?"

Vesper where the devil had she heard that name before. Bright green eyes shifted to the figure that sat near her but not at the same time. She would have to figure out where she knew the name later for she didn't care enough to dig through her memories for it just yet. The bartender wasn't going to entertain her so she could have to make friends somewhere yes?[break] Snagging up her glass Noire pushed off the stool and rose to her small height. She wasn't one to care if the other wanted company because she wanted it and that was all that mattered. Allowing for a smirk to appear on her face she marched over to the newly arrived and flopped right in the seat beside him. "Hello hello."[break] Placing the drink before her the pink haired female swirled in the chair so that she could be facing the other. "No need for the cheap stuff my friend, why not share the good stuff with me~" turning she flagged the bartender so that he could deliver something better not caring that he already had a drink for himself.[break] Attention was pulled back to the male as she offered him a bright smile. "Shell we cheer to a wonderful, cold, and brightly colored night?" always one to venture out it was no surprise that she cared little for the space of others and their wants. She wished for a drinking partner, he was here. Win-win for them both. The bartender returned with two glasses placing them down before them. "Place it on my tab my friend~" she wiggled her fingers at the male who seemed to glare at her for a second before walking down to the other side of the bar. Eyes shifted back to Alex as she lifted up her glass wiggling it in front of him so he could join in her merry little fun.

This blizzard was the devil. She doubted that anyone that was trapped in this building would even dispute her on the matter. Keeping away from the others Noire kept to herself by the window eyes watching the snow that was falling onto the ground. It was hard not to be curious as to what was happening outside. Was the water truly frozen? How much snow was making its home on the floor right now? She wanted to slip past people and go outside to explore but the last time she tried to do that she was stopped.[break] Wasn't like she couldn't take the person who was standing before her but she didn't want to be looked at oddly. So instead Noire had backed down and gone back to the window once more. Her tongue clicking in annoyance at having been stopped from her own adventure. Unlike most of the people in this building, she had dressed like it was below zero, to begin with. It was after all her normal attire.[break] Black demi jeans dipped into a pair of steel toe combat boots, a long sleeve shirt which was hidden under a heavy jacket kept her rather warm. Her long hair kept the back of her neck warm even though it was starting to get colder as time went on. Slowly she played some scenes through her head in order to get herself out of this building before luck or rather fate came knocking. [break] M-my little girl! M-My little girl has wandered out into the snow! I only took eyes off her for a...for a second! [break] Eyes all but sparked with glee before she schooled them couldn't have the people thinking she was insane. "Oh my!" she gasped with the rest of the people before pushing her way toward the front. Those eerily bright eyes locked on the crying mother. "How terrible! Tell me, ma'am, what does your daughter look like? Where was the last time you saw her?" raising her hands she placed them on her shoulders to "calm" her.[break] The mother sniffled and with a panic, voice rushed out to explain what Noire needed. I saw her just before two blocks away. I thought she was behind me! The snow was coming down so much...I thought...I... In Noire's eyes she was already a horrible mother but she kept that to herself. Instead, she nodded and urged her on.[break] She had short b-black hair, b-bright gr-green eyes. Today she wanted to dress like a unicorn so she looks like a colorful mess. B-b-but she has on a unicorn hat, and a bright pink snow jacket. S-she is probably so cold... So she was looking for a kid who puked color. "I see..." nodding to the female Noire pulled her hands from her shoulders. "Do not worry Ma'am I will find your daughter"[break] Ignoring the others who all started to give their advice at once Noire was already on the move toward the door. Freedom was ever so close.

There were many different scenarios that she ran through her head when she had replied the way she did. She had thought that he would have described what he was hearing to her. Maybe he would play dumb and believe himself to be not hearing anything at all. The one she had been leaning toward was that he would turn on his heel and leave her to deal with whatever was near them.[break] What she didn't think would happen was what he did. A look of pure surprise snaked across her features when he appeared before her hand reaching out to give her body a push. She stumbled backward away from the doorway and the room completely. Before she could even think let alone figure out what he was doing she was shut out.[break] Click the lock was turned. Now she was locked out.[break] Not that she couldn't break the lock with a small prick of her own crimson liquid. Instead, Noire shook her head slightly as if to clear it from the shock that he had given her. Clicking her tongue Noire leaned forward placing her ear against the door so she could hear what was going on. "Monsieur?" a hand rose up to lightly tap against the wood. "Is everything alright in there?" The wailing grew louder as a thud was briefly heard. Did he fall? She dared hope he wouldn't have there would be no fun without it. Pulling back she felt herself give way to a sigh of her own. This wouldn't do. She could very well have him in there alone having fun by himself. "Monsieur, shouldn't you open the door? I am sure we can work together to ease whatever issue you are having."

They were all advised to stay within doors. Though she didn't listen from the very beginning of this crap hole of a day. Instead, Noire had ventured out without a care in the world. If she was to die then a beautiful scene of white snow would be pleasant even to someone as odd as herself. Fingers inched forward on the wooden bar top until they came to rest on the slightly cold glass that lay before her. The brown liquid swished when she lifted it upward so she could take a nice long sip of the cold liquid.[break] On this cold day, it was probably better to have some hot chocolate or something nice and toasty. Well, think of the whiskey as her own kind of cocoa since it would be warming her up when it came to hitting within her bloodstream. What better place to be then within a bar such a this? Humming lightly to herself Noire was about to bring the cup back to the countertop when she shrugged lightly to herself before drowning the whole glass once more. Even with the winter clothing that graced her body one could never be to warm after all.[break] Replacing the empty glass she lightly tapped to get the attention of the bartender once more. "One more please." giving him a bright smile she watched as he whisked away her drink to replace it. It was only when she didn't have anything to occupy her did she finally take the time to look around the scene. Taking in the few bodies that were resting in this warmly lit up building.[break] A small gust of cold slipped into the room once more confirming that the outside was still hell. The soft click of a glass being placed before her drew Noire's attention from the outside back to the liquid in question. Smirking to herself the pink haired female snatched it up and lifted it into the air. "Cheers my friend" she said to the bartender who only glanced at her slightly before turning away from her. How rude. But of well. Lifting it to her glass she took a large sip of the drink.
