SP. SKILL: [ NO LIES LASSO ] — With the use of your wish, you put a dastardly criminal behind bars. His lies, his deceit, you aired them all for the world to see. And for that, you are to be commended. But your job has only grown. With your newfound magic, you have garnered a new task of intergalactic proportions. And to aid you in such, you have been given the ability to produce a binding lasso of pure light that, upon ensnaring your target(s), causes them to answer all of your inquiries truthfully. If the victim(s) attempt to tell an untruth while ensnared, they will face an insufferable burning sensation. However, if the target(s) tell a truth, or sincerely do not know the answer to the inquiry, the lasso will glow and loosen. Of course, every thing comes with a few catches. One, you must remain focused at all times while using the lasso. The slightest distraction will cause the lasso to loosen. Second, the lasso itself appears from a magic circle. To bring it forth, you must extend a hand outward and chant: "Golden rays I conjure thee. To give thy truth unto me." Without the chant, the lasso cannot be used.

DESCRIPTION: A bow created by light manipulation through gathering and condensing visible light together. Julius is also able to create arrows from through the same method and send them at his target. At the moment, due to his inexperience with archery, Julius takes time with his aims and even then, he can't aim very far. Unlike a real arrow, the light arrows do not curve in their trajectory but rather shoots straight at the target. However, because it is created by light, they can be reflected by glass or anything that can bend light. They also grow weaker in places that are dark due to the lack of visible light. He is also incapable of using his weapon in complete darkness.[break][break]

DESCRIPTION: Using visible light, Julius can create a shield in front of a chosen target that can absorb one or two attacks. The shield is unfortunately weak and easy to break. It will also only protect an attack from one direciton. [break]
