Chaos is known as the being that never became a star. It is everywhere and yet nowhere at the same time.
Neither good nor evil, the ultimate expression of nothingness. The antithesis of the cosmos, creation itself.
Although Chaos claims to be the very state of existence from which the first entities appeared, it cannot form into the entity it wants most.
So it has been cursed to stay in the form of a dark and shapeless void. Floating between existence and nonexistence.
Longingly watching as stars are constantly born and lives are lived. The seeds of malice had been planted, flourished and transformed Chaos into the purest form of evil.
[attr="class","stylishtext"] Undead girls. Huh, maybe she should've inquired a little more about the band when she ran into that girl? The heel of her boot tapped against the cement down below, arms crossed over her chest while she pondered and thought. Quickly coming to the conclusion that it was a missed opportunity. Shoulders shrugged, and fingers moved to twist and twirl at black strands of hair. standing outside of Royal Crown, clad in a burgundy sweater dress, Yvette waited with a bag at her feet for the two other members of Roselia to arrive. Sierra "Cici" Hampton, and Émilie "Emi" Cadence. Both of the girls had received a text from Yves prior to the time and place of the meeting. Filled with emojis and smiles, it read something along the lines of: 'Today's the day! Meet me at Royal Crown and bring your game faces!' Actually, that's exactly what the message read. Minus a few emojis. Regardless! Yvette had devised a plan the night prior to the texts and was sure to act on it. But, it couldn't be done without her wonderful bandmates. Actually, they were more than just bandmates, Yves considered them close and genuine friends. [break][break] Prior to finding the girls, the main and lead vocalist of the group was quite apprehensive about doing a talent search. She... she didn't play too well with others all of the time. So having to be in the same space as strangers had already given her bad vibes about the entire idea. However, after pushing those negative thoughts aside, Yvette opened up and allowed the two to come into her world. And now, she couldn't really imagine them not being there. It wouldn't be Roselia without them. Just Yves and an instrumental. All the same though, she was glad to have the girls along for the ride! And she swore she would do all in her power to see to it they made it big. Which, brings us back to her grand plan today. Royal Crown was a hot spot. Many people came to hang out at the establishment. Hopefully, musically inclined people were in that margin. [break][break] Vocals, bass, and keyboard. The girls each had a skill they excelled in. But, from doing her research, Yves found that they may be in need of a guitarist and a drummer. A five-person group would make them even more powerful than they already were. Assuming, of course, they could find two more girls that possessed those skills. A sigh left glossed lips, fingers moved to toy with ruby ribbons that held twintails in place. Would it really be this hard? Maybe she should have told the girls to bring their instruments? No... Emi would have to lug her keyboard around. That'd be rude. "Geez." Lips pouted and jewel-like hues looked about the outside of Royal Crown. So far, no one stood out to her. But looks were deceiving. [break][break] And of course, she had her secret weapon stowed away in her bag. However, before she could use them, she needed the girls to arrive. It would be rude to start working without them. That... and the others had personalities that were much different than Yvette's. They could each garner the attention of different onlookers and bystanders. The trio meshed together very well. Squabbles were bound to happen of course, but Yves was sure they could surpass them. She just had to hope any newcomers would be able to do the same. [break][break] "Mmmm, where are they?" Impatience beginning to show as her foot tapped against the ground more fervently. Nails tapped against her forearms. Head bobbing to a song she sang within the confines of her mind. Hm... maybe she missed a text from them? Reaching into her bag, her cell phone was plucked and unlocked. Oh... she got a few likes on a picture. And some comments too? [break][break] Attention had been taken away from waiting... for the moment.
The name sounded fancy like it it should have been some shopping center for the prettiest of dresses or tiara but it was just an entertainment area. People from university frequently ended up there. In her undergrad days, Émilie had sent a few times at the Fruits Parlor, eating pastries and doing group projects. The atmosphere was very relaxed even if the place was pretty loud, especially on the first floor. So when she got a message from Yvette, it took a moment to decode it all.
🔥💪🎤👏 🎸🎹😏💜 Today's the day! Meet me at Royal Crown And bring your game faces!
Thank goodness words came after all the emojis. While Emi was younger, she apparently wasn't hip enough to decipher the meaning of life or messages through emojis. In fact, she stared at the whole thing a little more than she would ever admit to. What did fire and a flexing arm have to do with the Royal Crown? The microphone stood for Yvette, the guitar was Sierra, and Émilie was the keyboard but that was the only easy thing. There was also the question of why there was purple colored heart instead of a normal red one.
The purple haired girl groaned to herself for a moment then sighed. It really didn't matter what hidden message was in the emojis since the keyboard of Royal Crown was there and it meant she needed to go there. As for the game faces, she hoped the plan wasn't to go spend it at the arcade. Yvette was very overzealous at times but it was because she rather loved the idea of becoming a large band. Meanwhile, Roselia was something she joined up because she thought it would be fun. The two other girls were great and she rather enjoyed their company but Émilie was a medical student. Technically, she hoped to become a doctor one day, not a world famous keyboard. Even back in the day of high school where she played the piano and had to perform at recitals, she didn't have some hopes of people finding her so talented and wanting to hear her play.
At the same time, Yvette's passion was a little overwhelming and contagious. She wanted the group to succeed somehow while still allowing her time to student and give into the demanding hours university required. It was a terrible thing to balance but time with Roselia was more fun than stressful so it all worked out.
Except when she had to code messages from Yvette...
Émilie arrived to see her friend staring at her phone, probably spamming more things poor Emi couldn't understand. Smirking, she pulled out her phone and sent her friend a quick message. It's dangerous to be so enthralled in your phone you don't notice things around you. She waited for Yvette to suddenly get the message since she was right behind the girl. If and when Yvette turned around, Emi would greet with a friendly smile and a wave. Hopefully, Sierra understand the message too and wouldn't get deterred by trying to figure out what everything meant like Émilie.
Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep- [break][break] A blind hand shot towards the noisy phone and without hesitation, swiped left on the screen to snooze. [break][break] Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep. Bee- [break][break] The same hand flailed at the alarm once more. [break][break] Beep. Beep. Beep- [break][break] Another five minutes. [break][break] Bee- [break][break] Fingers swiped right to fully shut off the alarm, and Sierra buried herself back under her thin covers. [break][break] [break] Fast forward an hour (or four), the tired mind finally woke from its slumber, more rested than before when the nagging of her daily alarm persisted in blaring. A heavy sigh muffled by the sole pillow slipped from the gal’s nose as she turn over onto her stomach and reached for her phone once again, although with a more functioning conscience. White numbers were blurry on the screen for a split second until Sierra’s grogginess was shattered at the sight of the current time. [break][break] “AaaaaaAAAAAHHHHHH.” [break][break] In a snap, she was tumbling off her air mattress and onto a messy floor, then scrambling back onto her feet to dash towards the bathroom. Teeth brushed, water haphazardly splashed onto her face, the combing of her hair was then done with panicked fingers and while she was rushing back into her room. An old pair of jeans were jumped into and an oversized tee was chosen for its convenience. Finalizing her chaotic get up with shoes and a jacket, the band’s bassist leaped out the door. [break][break] Only to run back in to grab her phone before disappearing out once more. [break][break] [break] Riding the bus with a nervous tap on her toes, Sierra was constantly looking between the time and the setting around her, wishing that the driver would speed up some, wishing that she could teleport, wishing that sleep wasn’t so hard to wake up from. [break][break] A notification chimed up on her screen and after reading the contents of the new message send to the group, terrified eyes shot upwards and flitted left and right. Bystanders gave the foreigner odd looks as she double checked the bus’s riders, confirming that it was just her from Roselia present. Was Émilie watching her from somewhere? The thought was chilling, but the more reasonable assumption was that the two were already gathered at the meeting location. [break][break] The two were probably already met and here she was, sleeping in and showing up late looking like a mess… [break][break] Come her stop, the frantic soul stepped off the vehicle and instantly broke into a ran through the court and to the building mentioned in last night’s text. Feet aimlessly padded about until two familiar figures were spotted, and platinum locks bobbed up once more as an easy jog was resumed. Finally arriving beside the two, Sierra rested her palms on knees for a second, heavy breaths trying to catch up with the impromptu morning (or noontime) run. [break][break] “Aaahh~ I’m so sorry guys, I…” [break][break] ‘Slept through my alarm,’ although more realistically, she turned her own alarm off instead of waking up at the proper time. “I’m... finally here?”
[attr="class","stylishtext"] In the midst of scrolling through newsfeeds and dashboards, a notification window appeared from the top of her screen and a familiar contact name caught her attention. Maybe it was Emi alerting her that something came up, and she wouldn't be able to attend? She was a medical student, after all. And they were always pretty busy. Yvette couldn't blame her for backing out if that were the case. Maybe they could reschedule the meeting to another time? A thumb swiped downward and the message appeared. Prompting the rising of her brow in intrigue. "Huh?" Instinct demanded the girl turn around. And so, she did. Laying sight to the keyboardist and promptly matching her smile and wave with one of her own. "I was just checking a few messages. Not like I was going to walk into traffic or someting~" Without a moment to spare, Yves leaped forward and gave Emi a quick and warm embrace. A hug that lingered onward for a moment before she let go. "For a second, I thought you were canceling on me." Hands moved to her hips, "wouldn't have blamed you for it." Though, she was all smiles that Emi didn't. "How's it goin'? You're not swamped with any assignments, are you?" [break][break] Education was important. And while Yves cared deeply for the band and its success, homework and tests came first. "I... maybe should have asked that before, huh?" Shoulders shrugged and a bashful look took over her features. "I figured we'd be free today. Being the weekend, and all." And that she herself made sure her assignments were done ahead of time. That also played into the equation. Eyes peered behind Emi to see the missing piece to the puzzle darting towards them. And with a giggle, Yvette waved her over. "There she is," index finger pointing to Sierra who had finally closed the distance. Panting to catch a fleeting breath with hands fixated at her knees. "Slept pass your alarm again?" A simple guess. "Not to worry, you didn't miss anything~" Though, now that they had all gathered together, it was time to reveal Yvette's master plan! [break][break] "Okay!" Reaching downward, her bag was taken into her possession and a clasp would be undone. "So, as you two both know, we're already an excellent band as is. Emi on the keyboard and Cici at bass, you guys are amazing." Fingers fluttered back to her chest, "And, with me writing the songs and being main vocals; we're almost perfect." Hand dug down into the bag shortly after. "But, after doing some research, I found that the band would be much more successful with say... a guitarist and a drummer." Head nodded before plucking out a sole sheet of paper. "Sooo, I was thinking we try and hunt them down today?" Bag falling tot he ground and index finger pointing to the paper she held in hand. A flyer, to be precise. "With these~" [break][break] The flyer in question had an image of the three girls and their instruments. Their band name and logo, and a time and meeting place for those wanting to try out. All packaged together in a gothic lolita-esque design. Or so she thought. [break][break]
[break] "I made it myself." And proud of it, she was. "Royal crown gathers a lot of traffic. So I talked with the owner and asked if we could advertise a little. Of course, he couldn't turn me down~" She paused... "in exchange, we perform a few times here. But never mind all that! The fact of the matter is, we got the green light." Reaching down into the bag, a hefty stack of flyers would be retrieved and held. "I'm uh, not the best graphic designer. So they're a little sh—shotty," whoa, she almost said something else. "I'm still searching for someone to handle all of that for us. But, until then, we can at least go find two more members. Hopefully as wonderful as you two already are." [break][break] Yvette shot the girls a smile and looked to the both of them. "So yeah, that's what I called you here for. I wanted your opinions. I didn't want to make any decisions without alerting you first. We're a team, after all." Oh, wait, she almost forgot. "Oh! And lunch is on me~" That should sweeten the deal, right? "Not sure how successful we'll be. But I figured we've got all of our bases covered. Emi's sweet nature, Cici's cool aura, and well... I'm not taking no for an answer. So together, one of us could at least get someone's interest." [break][break] In theory. "Sooo, what d'ya saaay~?"
[attr="class","vpostbg"]Like expected, the moment Yvette read her message, she turned around and saw the purple haired girl there. She smiled and offered a friendly wave. Immediately, the dark haired girl protested, suggesting that she wasn't going to do something like walk in traffic just because she was engrossed in her phone. The purple haired girl shrugged her shoulders as she looked up, recalling things talked about in class. “There have been news incidents about people our age too busy on their phones walking into street posts and even being hit by cars.” Teenagers and young adults could somehow zone out and get hurt. There were incidents with simple social media things and even certain phone applications that pulled attention so much that people simply stopped paying attention to the real world. Things like that sounded so scary that Émilie had pretty much lacked an online presence.
A second later, the older girl tackled her as she hugged the unsuspected Émilie. Giggling, she hugged he friend back and smiled as Yvette gave her space again. ”Hello to you too.” Immediately, she started to express her concern she felt getting a message from Émilie. Yvette's mind automatically assumed it would be a cancellation message. If she wanted to play a cruel joke, perhaps she might do such a thing if her friend was lost online on her phone again but Emi wasn't really one to be mean to her friends.
Émilie had a packed schedule and she let her friends know. There was little time for herself unless being at home studying was concerned alone time. “Always swamped. It's kinda the life I chose to lead though. Busy, busy,” she agreed, waving the whole thing off. It wasn't like anyone but herself was pushing her to be in medical school or have a full load of classes. Yvette also never forced her to be in Roselia though she did have the biggest puppy eyes when asking her to join. “But I'm never too busy for hanging with my favorite friends.” Those puppy eyes were hard to deny but she genuinely liked being around the other two girls. The three of them had fun and really, the good times and memories she had with Yvette and Sierra were enough to justify the jam packed schedule.
At least it was the weekend. Today, she didn't have classes so meeting up for with her friends for lunch was a normal thing someone her age would do. It was good to do normal things and meeting up with Roselia was normal for Émilie.
Though, Roselia was a trio and right now they were only a duo. Her eyes shifted from the raven haired beauty as she scanned the crowd. “But uh, where's Cici?” The purple haired girl looked around puzzled for a second. If anything, she expected the two girls to be together since they lived with one another. A few seconds later, she heard her friend shouting as she ran to catch up and apologize. “Sierra! You're right on time by my account,” she assured her as Yvette took a guess as to why the blue haired girl was a little late. The sleepiest member of the band did have a hard time getting out of bed.
Now that they were assembled, Yvette felt she could reveal just why they were at the Royal Crown and needed to bring their game faces. The little speech started with compliments. They made a fairly good band at the moment though such an opinion was bias, obviously. Still, the medical student couldn't stop herself from blushing lightly at the comment. Despite the chemistry they had, their leader felt they needed more. Research had let Yvette to realize she needed a guitarist and a drummer to make this trio a full girl band. “A guitarist...?” She looked at Sierra immediately. Was a bass guitar really so different from a different type of guitar? Either way, they were here to look for candidates and Yvette came equipped with fliers.
The moment Émilie saw the flier, she forced herself to smile, albeit, uneasily. It was three stick fingers on a sheet fo paper and it was somewhat easy for her to tell who was supposed to be who but anyone who was outside of Roselia wouldn't know what that meant. “Interesting design choice...” she coughed as she looked at the blue haired girl for support on what to say. Something like this really seemed like a bad idea to pass out if they hoped to get people to take them seriously, let alone join. The purple haired girl coughed again as she closed her eyes and tried to sound logical but polite. ”I don't think the fly properly conveys that we're looking for two new members for our band member that is university age.” She wasn't sure what the fly said about them.
At the most, it said their graphic designer drew like a kindergartner.
It was best to search without the flier even though Yvette seemed so very proud of her drawing. The three could hand out fliers (despite Émilie's strong feelings against such a thing) but in exchange, they would have to perform here. There was a karaoke bar here but she didn't think a place like that needed a band. It made her wonder just what Yvette had agreed to on their behalf.
Still, the task seemed easy enough – look for two new female members. A second later, Yvette was pulling out a stack of fliers. Despite knowing they would need someone who could do something a bit more professional, she still made several copies. “So you want a drummer, guitarist, and a manager. That shouldn't be too hard to find,” she said cheerily. It was probably better to look online but there was nothing wrong with doing things the less technological way.
Compliments started flying from Yvette again, this time way more embarrassing than before. Yvette seemed to have some stereotypes she thought the girls fit in and Émilie was supposed to be the sweetheart. The comment made her stiffen and blush as she looked away. “Sweet nature?” That didn't really describe. Émilie was too blunt to be sweet. The girl looked increasing uncomfortable at the compliment. Sierra was cool but she definitely was some sweetheart of the band. “I think you're giving me too much credit, Yves...” It only begged the question of what types of personalities was she looking for in a guitarist and drummer and what personality type did Yvette thing she personified?
The older girl was so hopeful and excited, it was hard to say no. Besides, even if this was suppose to be a group decision, Yvette had pretty much worked everything out to the point there was no way to deny her. “I'll try my best,” she agreed, giving up way too easily. Émilie took the stack of fliers that Yvette had made for her, causing her to stare at the little stick figure again. This really wasn't the best idea.
“Also, you sure you want to pay for lunch? I could easily cover it and I don't mind,” she added. It wasn't that Royal Crown was expensive; Émilie felt bad any time someone else did things for her. Treating her to lunch was something small but the feeling of being indebted made her feel anxious.
‘Slept pass your alarm again?’“Aaaauuuhhhh………” The hesitant noise droned and drifted from her throat as there was no coming up with excuses for these two who knew her too well. But not having missed much was relieving news. All her chaotic rushing in the morning turned out to be worth it with confirmation of an almost timely arrival, according to Emi at least. [break][break] Then can the secret spiel. Sierra wouldn’t have called herself amazing, thinking about all of the messy marks made on her sheet music, broken notes she’d accidentally pluck, and hazardous pile of strings on her floor, but if the attempt passed, it passed? It least she wouldn’t be losing this source of income, nor the helpful buddies made along the way. Whatever plan it was that Yvette had, she’d be all for it. [break][break] The more the merrier, was what she always said, and seeking out more success for the group was never a negative. A glance was given at her at the mention of a guitarist and while Sierra first returned the look with a blank face, by the time she realized the meaning of the gaze with an expression of mixed shock and nervousness, the topic had already moved on. [break][break] Eyes immediately followed the finger that pointed down at flyers (clearly homemade), and her own hands picked up a copy for a closer look. Emi seemed to have differing ideas over the design and sent hints of aid but instead of giving proper assistance, pale irises were glued to the drawing. [break][break] They were stick figures more detailed than her own, thus there was no commentary that the bassist could give. Although observing the representation of her own appearance… “Does my hair usually look this unkempt…?” Forefinger and thumb came up to pinch a stray lock of pastel away from her eyes. Maybe today wasn’t the best day to make the comparison considering how rowdy the start of her day was… [break][break] The drawing and her bed head aside, a determined and excited look in Sierra’s eyes contrasted the more hesitant one of their knowledgeable pianist. “I think it’s a good idea!” And with that confirmation, hands were already reaching out for a portion of the stack for her own ventures, though only to be stopped short by the mention of food. [break][break] She looked from the sheets to Yvette’s eyes with glimmers of hope in her own? “Lunch? [break][break] C-can we get Jambon beurres...”
[attr="class","stylishtext"] A sequence of blinks ensued before she turned to look at the flyer once more. Well, maybe Emi did have a point. The flyer, while in her own opinion, did a splendid job of conveying the band and all of their splendor. It wasn't in her career pathway to make flyers. Her graphic design skills were... not up to par with her fashion skills. Even if she tried her best to make something that would attract the masses to them as a whole... it probably could have been done by someone who... was skilled in the art. "Mm, you may have a point." But, what was she going to do with all of these flyers now? Yvette made all these copies. And on such sturdy paper too! Ah, darn. A sigh left her lips before she shifted gears. Eyes honing into the stick figure rendering of Sierra. "Mm, no. I was going for a cool aesthetic and look. Your hair's always nice and vibrant. Even when you roll out of bed." With a grin, Yvette shot the bassist a nod. Happy that she agreed to the passing out of the flyers. [break][break] "Nonono," head snapped back to Emi. "I'll pay~ I did summon you two on short notice. It's the least I could do, right?" A smile of warmth curled at her lips before she turned her attention to Sierra. "The biggest jambon beurres~ although, I heard they have a fruit salad that's to die for... so maybe I'll try that." The Royal Crown was known for having daily specials. Assuming that the fruit salad was on the menu today, then maybe she'd give it a try. Grabbing a jambon beurres would be more optimal though. Something to bring home and munch on later. "A nice tea sounds heavenly right now..." mm, the quicker they distribute these flyers, the quicker they could grab lunch. Alright! So the mission was set! And with all of the passerby's, they should be done in no time! [break][break] Divvying out a stack to each present, Yvette made sure to split them evenly. "Alright! So we're off to find a guitarist, a drummer and a mana—" wait what? A manager? "Do you think we'll find someone equipped to be a manager around here?" Eys took a moment to survey the area, turning her attention back to Emi shortly afterward. "I mean, a guitarist maybe. A drummer, perhaps. But I don't think someone with the credentials to be a manager would just... spend their free time at Royal Crown." Well, actually... "strike that, Emi might be onto something." This was a hotspot, after all. An unturned rock just waiting to reveal the gems underneath. "And a manager!" [break][break] That would certainly be an interesting find. [break][break] "If we split up, we can cover more ground. Leave no person empty handed girls~" A wink of charisma was given to the wonderful two. Ensuring them they would find nothing but success in their venture. "Meet back here when you've given out your flyers... and then lunch time~ maybe we can hit the arcade too if we have time?" Yvette had only seen the collection of lights and laughter whenever she was on her way out of the door. Not once had she decided to step foot inside. Even though it always seemed quite tempting to do so. [break][break] There was always a first time for everything. "Oh, or maybe we can hunt down a studio?" So many options. "Anyway, we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. Let's go grab those last two members." Yvette looked to her precious friends and ave them one last grin. "Aaaaand break!" [break][break] And with that, she darted off. Ready to slap flyers into the hands of anyone she came across.
Fruit was healthy, and unpleasantly sour the times she tried to be healthy. But with the confirmation of her favorite sandwiches since arriving to New Paris, a determined face formed on the girl’s expression, ready to spread the word of their band to the world and then later spread some butter on baguettes (or the chefs would at least). [break][break] Guitarist, drummer, and manager. Yvette had her contemplations on whether a manager was within reason, but Sierra was on a more simpler one track mind and mechanically nodded at the verbalized thoughts. The three words were repeated in her head and would stay until the day was over. Hands were clasped tight around the stack appointed to her, a decent pile that wasn’t too much, but not too little either. A plan had already started forming in her mind, ignoring the fact that there really wasn’t one. [break][break] Although with the mention of a studio, the new duty left the platinum blonde in a daze as the three word mantra in her head suddenly had to include a fourth friend in. Break was called, but she was still idling by their meeting spot motionless. Guitarist, drummer, manager, studio… The list seemed to go on, was there anything else that was missing? An unsettling feeling of forgetting something started lingering in her… [break][break] But nevermind that, there were people she needed to meet! Their leader went one direction, and she went in the opposite. The first victim that crossed by her, Sierra immediately piped up with an outstretched arm, single flyer in hand. Contrasting with the image she had in her own head, the individual wasn’t as welcoming as she thought they would’ve been. The paper was meekly taken before the shy soul dashed away. “Ah-” The bassist’s mouth was left agape as prepared words were ready to give their spiel but were not given the opportunity to. [break][break] Off to the next new friend! [break][break] As she tried over and over, only a few had the heart to smile and listen in on her short elevator pitch (probably poorly executed and with confusing explanations in the end). And with the time passing not like she thought it would, a bit of irritation started bubbling within. The flyer should’ve included enough information on their intentions, right? There was the doodle of the three of them and a bit of text on what they’re looking for. [break][break] It was time for some high gear. [break][break] If the passerbys weren’t interested in the details, she wouldn’t waste their time trying to give them. To every living and breathing entity she saw, she would flash the flyer before their faces. Papers were pushed onto both girls and boys. “You get a flyer~” For those who didn’t take the posters, Sierra would chase after and slip folded copies down the back of shirts, “You get a flyer~” [break][break] Dog collars were tucked with sheets, “You get a flyer!” [break][break] Building maps got the posters plastered on them too, “You get a flyer!” [break][break] Sales associates standing outside of stores were given their own little pile, “You get some flyers~” [break][break] Climbing up to the third floor, she walked over to the open balconies that overlooked the other levels filled with entertainment and tossed over the edge the few sheets that remained in her fingers. [break][break] “Everybody gets a flyer!” [break][break] Brilliant eyes watched the papers float and flicker down the intimidating height, drawing the attention of the visitors who noticed. [break][break] Mission accomplished maybe?
[attr="class","stylishtext"] After she took off, Yvette had devised a few potential plans for dispensing the flyers in the most effective manner possible. Though, it would call for her to take note to the target audience. For starters, Roselia was an all girl's band. So, if she wished to recruit a drummer or guitarists, she would have to ask females explicitly. Though... there was always the option of asking males too. Maybe they knew someone who played one of the instruments? Ah, that sort of destroyed her whole plan entirely... okay, that's fine. Onward to another! A more easy approach! "We're Roselia!" She began calling forth, passing out flyers to passersby. "We'll be worldwide in no time!" Flyers gave to men and women alike. "We're looking for a drummer," she lowered herself, playfully tickling children before passing off a flyer to them. "And a guitarist!" She found herself stepping onto a bench and giving a mighty twirl. Bringing about a small crowd. "Rose shouts so loooouuud~!" And she'd toss the remainder of the flyers into the air. Ending with a pose. [break][break] "We would be ever so grateful for any and all support." Claps formed from the onlookers. The younger children giggling with glee and their parents watching onward with expressions of amusement. Yvette, still positioned atop the bench, finally came down and gave a bow to her small audience. "I'm Yvette, the lead vocalist. My two bandmates and I hope to bring music to all of you very soon. We're just missing... a few vital components?" A bashful chuckle left her lips after. "Though! Even without them, we're still amazing." Fingers came back and pressed against her chest. "My vocals are not to be trifled. Sierra, our bassist, her skill with the bass is mesmerizing to say the least. And, Emi. When her fingers grace the keyboard, you'll have no choice to be entranced by our sound~" She seemed to be selling the band good enough... or so she thought. The crowd was still present, a good sign. [break][break] The chatter amongst the bodies caused her to grin. "Alongside a drummer and guitarist, we could also use a manager." Hands moved to her hips and a nod ensued. "I'm more than qualified... but Emi thinks we should find someone outside of the bandmembers. So, we're giving it a shot as well." Again, she didn't really know how she felt about that aspect. But it was worth adventuring out and trying. Anything for their success. "So, if anyone would like to give it a go," A pen was plucked, and a stray flyer. "Feel free to sign up right here!" [break][break] To her surprise, a few bodies came forth and jotted down their names and contact information. "Ah, thank you so much~" [break][break] The signing of the flyer continued for a while. After the crowd dispersed, Yves made her way back to the meeting point and waiting for her friends to arrive. Hopefully, they had luck with their journey and the spreading of the flyers. "Hm, I wonder if I could get Cici to try a salad..?" Head craned back to the window. Peering inside at a few bodies sitting at tables. Though, now that she thought about it, the girl seemed dead set on the sandwich... [break][break] Either way! Food would be retrieved! "Let's take a look at these names..."
Flecks of white spotted with color, the paper flakes flitted their way down and soon diminished in size and sight. As she peered over the railing to watching the posters fly, others did too. From the other levels, curious passerbys that didn’t have their faces glued to screens spared a few moments of their attention to see what the falling commotion was.
