Chaos is known as the being that never became a star. It is everywhere and yet nowhere at the same time.
Neither good nor evil, the ultimate expression of nothingness. The antithesis of the cosmos, creation itself.
Although Chaos claims to be the very state of existence from which the first entities appeared, it cannot form into the entity it wants most.
So it has been cursed to stay in the form of a dark and shapeless void. Floating between existence and nonexistence.
Longingly watching as stars are constantly born and lives are lived. The seeds of malice had been planted, flourished and transformed Chaos into the purest form of evil.

FRIENDS: Sei may not be a fan of crowds and parties but he is amiable and eager to help even if he might seem a bit reserved at first. He tries his best to get along with most people and in him you’ll find a friend who keeps his word and who won’t mind you calling him up at midnight to talk your struggles out with him.
He probably has friends at university from inside and outside his department of law. He is from a smaller town outside of Paris so perhaps there are friends who he has met since he first moved to the capital city who showed him the ropes. Maybe even childhood friend who’s from the same town he was. Since he’s half Japanese and has a great deal of interest in that side of his family and culture (due to Japan’s link with the spirit of Seiryuu inside of him), he could bond with other people Japan. He also spends a lot of his time at the library studying or cooling his head off at the pool so there might be people he befriended at those places. Him having baking buddies would also be cute!
ENEMIES: Sei aspires to become a prosecutor so criminals are enemies by default. He is also wary of troublemakers and won’t hesitate to be upfront about their behavior. His words can be critical and sarcasm can run deep if he means to. [break]
He also is a very ‘my pace’ kind of person so he might not be the easiest person to cooperate with in some situations. Although, he does try his best to fit in with the flow, his agitation can sometimes show.
LOVERS: While Sei is friendly and approachable on the surface, there is no doubt that he is rather reserved and closed off when it comes to some aspects of himself and his life. He isn’t the type to easily open his heart up to someone unless it’s someone who he truly trusts. As someone who hold a strong sense of justice and good close to heart, he finds that himself drawn to those who share similar values to him.
I actually love romance plots, to be honest, haha. But I don’t want anything set in stone off the bat as I prefer to see where my characters lead me through rp. Though, crushes on him/him crushing on someone else/past relationships are all possibilities!
OTHERS: Sei studies and interns at the public law office, so he would most likely know or at least run into those who hold jobs in this area. Umm...other than that I don’t have anything else so hit me with your best ideas!

It was the month of black and orange. Everywhere he went pumpkins, witch hats, and mummies found their way into his vision, and while he was long past the age of actively partaking in the festive month of Halloween, Sei did appreciate the decorations around the city. There was something about holidays that made days a little brighter.[break][break]
His friends had ask him if he wanted to join them at a Halloween party that was being held at one of the bars, but he declined, knowing that the invitation was just to be nice because they all knew that he wouldn't be showing up. He had long discarded the plastic masks and layers of fabric; the last time he dressed up was probably during his last year of grade school. Plus, parties that were opened to anyone in the public like this meant a lot of people. A hell lot of people. And where there were a lot of people stepping on each other and squishing together, he was out. They can suffocate on their own, thank you very much.[break][break]
While people were doing that he'll just make himself some Halloween desserts like the two pumpkin pies he was packing up into two boxes right now. He just made them yesterday evening to take to the office today. The autumn mood was really putting him into a baking spirit lately, and he had interned at the law office long enough to know that his baking was always well received. It's not like he wouldn't appreciate someone bringing in free homemade food himself.[break][break]
Although, perhaps he was being a bad intern and spoiling people here too much? He couldn't help but think this as he stepped out of Moreau's way when the prosecutor headed straight for him, hands ready to snatch whatever was in his boxes before he could even greet anyone else in the office with a good morning. "Maybe. Or they could just be treats for myself," Sei said, playing nonchalant as he walked through the room greeting people as he went, including Julius. "I brought pumpkin pies for everyone. I haven't cut them up yet but feel free to have some whenever you like," he announced before stepping into the break room to put them on the table. [break][break][break]

Distractions could cause you to sink into bodies of water that you were previously standing on top of. And secondly, you are able to draw out water from earthen flora. Plants carry water within them, and you can bring that water out to use at your disposal. Of course, the plants may perish if you take too much of their water away. The downside to your skill? The water within your body reacts differently to the weather. You risk dangerous dehydration much faster than others. And, under frigid weather conditions, you could literally freeze in place. Wear the right attire when going outside!
