Chaos is known as the being that never became a star. It is everywhere and yet nowhere at the same time.
Neither good nor evil, the ultimate expression of nothingness. The antithesis of the cosmos, creation itself.
Although Chaos claims to be the very state of existence from which the first entities appeared, it cannot form into the entity it wants most.
So it has been cursed to stay in the form of a dark and shapeless void. Floating between existence and nonexistence.
Longingly watching as stars are constantly born and lives are lived. The seeds of malice had been planted, flourished and transformed Chaos into the purest form of evil.
he seemed awfully baffled, the fool did he not see his own moronic mistakes? She listened as he 'clarified' that nobody else was stepping in and she was 'ignoring' the vocal warnings given to her. Her response was a simple huff followed with an eye roll, "Well sheesh what to be a knight in shining Armor."
He was window shopping? She tilted her head curiously, could he even afford such items? "Oh really? Mind as a thank you I buy you one item of choice? Hmm. Call it... Christmas Knightly Reward." She wiggled her finger and body, a small smirk crossing her face.
'im fine' The boy answered before looking back at the road then her, asking why she was there in the first place. She looked down at her hand grasping a small earring with a pearl in the middle. "You could say that. " Slowly she raised the earring placing it on her ear correcting herself. "Why were you in the road? Trying to get yourself killed?" She asked the male as if it was his fault he almost got ran over and not her own.
She didn't really see the vehicle till a sudden blinding light slammed against her almost blinding her in shock, the moment she looked up from her earring. A pressure suddenly pulled her from the road, her mind barely even recollecting what had just happened as voices rang out 'oh god! he's been hit!' Who?
With a flinch from the pain of road burn, she opened to see a blonde shouting he's fine, hair and body covered in snow. Who? Who was this? Slowly she picked herself up dusting the snow off, the mud... It had just about ruined her outfit earning a small 'tsk' just as he asked if she was alright. Moving a small hair from her face she really looked at her 'savior' a commoner probably middle classman. He seemed awfully sweet and slightly worried about her, amber eyes practically watching her closely as if he cared. She felt a small heart stutter but quickly soothed it out as this individual was reacting and nothing more. "Ye-yes I am. Thank you." She said softly using her hand to help him up, should he accept she'd give a small nod and pull him up. should he deny, she'd give a shrug but not leave. "I guess... i owe you a thank you?" She asked politely trying to figure out what to do to help this individual for saving her life.
He seemed to have paused stopping midstep, hold tightening along her waist making her full attention studying him daring not to breath. As he spoke softly about his strangeness was not in a good way, but then so were gems.. Yet here they were the rarest the specialty of the world. He seemed trapped uncertain asking if she was alrght, his touch slipping from her hand using it to check her forehead causing the blush to grow even stronger, asking if she was sick. Annoyed she slapped the hand back down, "I'm not sick!"
A small huff before turning back to him, before suddenly speaking to him, "the greatest of gems are made in the absolute worst possible way... Why they are so special and unique, each fractured or hardened in different ways." She pressed her body against his, eyes flickering from his lips back to his eyes voice growing slightly heavier, "That's why the Rarest gems are the most misunderstood, different in the best ways." That last couple inches she stood gently on the toe reaching his lips against her the kiss soft gentle, not at all demanding or expecting anything from him. Before pulling back, pulling her whole body from him. "You're a gem Julius, don't ever shatter. Love to meet again ~ " With that she was completely gone, her heart pouding with oddest of feelings.
Winter Storm or Not, All of Parii isn't going to just stpo because a bit of cold winds and snow buried the grounds, oh no.. The first couple of weeks there was a struggle, but gradually the people seemed to have gotten used to it, why even the governmental officials had taken protocoles to prevent ice from forming and everything took lessons from those scandinavian countries. There was lots of news broadcasts and researchers attempting to figure out what caused this Great Catastrophic Heavy storm, exclaiming it was an extreme miracle of something. She doesn't care for all these, oh no she cared aboutt he customers. With the increase wintery Wonderlands the people were just all around in a dreamy spending mental stat, her business was just absolute booming. She found herself with such large pockets of money, she herself couldn't resist dream gazing at the lights and many many shops that lined Borboun streets.
Dressed in a warm white tanned dress, with white fur on the inside, all made from the pelt of bred white fox. Or maybe it was her heart pounding so brightly so strongly, she couldn't help viewing the world a bit brighter, smile shining brighter than ever. Her things were all packed away into a small pouch bag, and extreme picky person, she didn't actually shop to carry the items, but rather have them picked up by some delivery boy she'd have to tip later... It made spending all over the city ten times more enjoyable and waay easier. What did she plan to do with all the items she bought? Donate them of course, some to herself of course.
What she didn't expect was an expensive earring falling and rolling right into the mid-street, the cars cleared out, she made her way across the road believing the way was clear. Unaware thanks to overly large white hair that a vehicle was heading right for her, till the lights came up brighter, fingers right about picking up the small earring.
He wasn't very socially active? She was slightly taken aback the man she asked to investigate on Julius... Reported many many different locations of talking to many many different people and interactions she'd never thought was possible for a many of his mediocre.... Granted nobody really special, just normal everyday lowlife poor people in their pathetic home enviroments. But... She didn't know how to respond, was he simply being modest? That had to be it. He countered saying he knew most from work, his work? "Is... that... so.." She answered slight lost baffled to how all those can be for work. Maybe she should try and understand how prosecution worked? Note, take Investigation and Civil Classes next class semester. Learn all about the legal system how it worked, if not for... Personal reasons, then to better business protection.
She continued on dancing listening as he confessed about being impressed, and how he truly wasn't himself. That she herself was the impressive one, this earning a small blush and gasp. While many called her that, or claim that.. It never felt real, coming from him, it actually felt something true.. Not just a ploy to earn her trust or mislead her away from the correct path to richness. "Tha-thank you. I however disagree with you." She said firmly heart pounding deeply, causing the red to grow thicker. " I have yet to meet any like you, so... Different."
An acquaintance of his boss? She felt a small blink of guilt and reality check, of course... He after all did say the elextricity and was acting as if the guy had given him information to act on, maybe it was a policeman of sorts? Wanted to stay undercover? Is that what it was, she felt her heart give a small beat... Of course, he was after all just a prosecutor. It was all just misunderstanding, all that social disturbance of a world he lived in.. She never thought about, perhaps she hadn't quite dived into the crazy world of Poor people. After all Animatronics attacking you, schoolwork, and random Ice storms can only get you so far. His eyes flickered down to her hand, she kept her pose in high confidence, even with his confession. She didn't care, she couldn't explain why.. But something about his quiet calm domineer and truthfulness... it was refreshing, much like a Tea something you have everyday.. but throw in a piece of mint, it held a complete different flavor of others.. Or how a quartz with iron could confuse a man to kill millions for 'gold'.
He shifted a bit, before commenting about no music, before suddenly reaching into his pocket. Hmm? She tilted her head watching the action, not at all bothered by the silence.. After all click of heels and shoes could be its own music, and the door... Had some music it, quieted yes, but not complete silence either. Suddenly sound came from his phone, such lovely sounds. " what lovely sounds.." She whispered softly before taking his hand, "I am but fine with a miss step or two. Anymore, may need to hire you a dance teacher." She gave him a small inviting wink before taking him back into the dance pattern she attempted to teach him before. The movements much more gentler but slightly faster this time... Almost as if she was less focused about his comfort, and more interested in just enjoying this movement with him. "You know Monseur Vesper, you really get around town." She commented slight off hand, "Rather impressive.." the voice coming out soft almost into a whisper. Her Movements growing softer less flowing with the music more just.. thinking.
Fall Semester was coming to an end, and Noel was just about finished with all her classes, double checking all her schedules. Walking through the hallways wearing a simple white sweater with a black skirt, she was unaware of the other presence until it was too late. Bumping right into the individual, her papers were scattered all around, all explaining her final project for her Media College class. It would seem she had a plan for a small tv show episode that would be 20 minutes log using various gaces of actors to play a small scene. Quickly she bent down to pick up the script, a small short story relating to alice in wonderland and jewelry... That also if you looked close enough turned out to be an advertisement for her jewelry, thought that was hidden in sublimary messages. "Oh my, so sorry..." She spoke quickly to the person she spoke to after finishing picking up all the papers to see.... The face.... Of........
He had calmly brought her a napkin form the leftovers of the wine tray, she calmly quietly accepted it... not quite how to take the gentleman action as the one hand it was rather thoughtful, on other hand it was perhaps somebody else's hand-me-down... Who knew where those wine drinkers had been. She didn't think on the less happy details, instead focusing on how thoughtful he was and how much she greatly appreciated it. Cleaning herself up, she calmly listened to him as he attempted to explain everything.
It was... She wasn't sure.. If he was still lying or not... Once more all her speculations were just thrown out the window.. But.. he.. it... How.. She didn't understand, why did that one goliath speak to him? "I don't understand.." She said softly as he finished his answer with a question of his own. "I-I.. it... was.." She hushed completely looking away from him, eyes studying the floor.. or anything, as if the answer laid there. "Yes. That is why." She gave a small spiteful mumble before looking back at him amber eyes slightly shining, "Who was that... That.. Spoke to you.. The tall guy, who you instantly turned to.. At the eiffel tower? " Was it rude to learn about this large stranger? Probably.. But every company must learn about the other companies.. Some just did it unsavory secret methods. Then there was the direct approach, her approach.
Her heels clicked as she stepped closer to him closing the distance, her eyes staring at him studying his own. Taking the details, looking for something different or unique.. or some truth about what happened. Everything about this man, she did not understand, so many things did not add up. Calmly she offered her hand, "Wish to dance?"
"About What?", She couldn't believe he had no clue about any of it. That she caught on to his little schemes, the lies, the body guards, the..the.. him not really being a prosecutor.. Okay that last part was a lie, she did research, he in fact was a prosecutor. According to her investigator, the best they had.. Always made the people he talked to confess anything and everything he wished, just with a glare. A glare. Incredible. "Yo-you.." She struggled to come up with words, however only to fail by her own emotional overcomings. He practically asking her questions the confusion written all over his face. How.. Did this Guy... Glare people into submission? he seemed more like a lost wounded puppy!
She took deep breaths forcibly to calm herself down, as he continued on about speculation that stealing her away upset her. "What no! I barely even cared about him, just..." her head throbbed, why was this so hard to admit all the information and data she had collected on him? Or.. How she was practically stalking him at one point with a camera droid used by some computer person. "I-I.. Don't leave." The words coming soft, only for her skin to suddenly harden. This. He was just going to walk out? Didn't want to tell the truth that much?! Her hands created fists she attempted to walk past him to open the door. "Jus-just forget everything, and go home. " Words once more coming out rough and forced, trying to do exactly opposite how she felt.
Hand grabbing the door knob.. Unknowingly turning it to the wrong way. "What the? Its.. Busted.. Why won't it.." She attempted to turn harder, till a sudden Clunk sound could be heard from inside. The bolt coming loose falling off door knob broken off, yet the overpriced thing had the other piece still attatched. "What the!" She panicking exclaimed looking, before turning to him holding up the door knob.. "It. Broke." Her voice in absolute disgust, before throwing it down to the ground. "You useless broken piece of junk! You had one job!"
With a small pout she leaned against the door tears gathering in her eyes, "Fine. You win. You have my Full Attention, just as you planned. Just. Why were there a Body Guard in the Eiffel Tower? Who is your so called friend Really?" The words coming out sounded a mixture of acid burning the tongue mixed with misery of depression.
There was a long pause, a long silence, she was so lost in her thoughts she barely even noticed it. When Julius finally made a simple small statement, it was almost so boring she felt a small yawn coming on. Her eyes looking toward him up and down, the amber eyes pausing on the small brooch still on his shirt. Why did he think to wear it twice? Did he not understand the common sense you never wear an outfit twice? His awkwardness made her heart harden with disgust as he actually hesitated to talk to her.. No to ask her a quesiton. Boy, did the question not help her sour mood toward him at all. "What you mean need?""She asked with a taunting voice, the question not truly meaning to have an answer at all, he stuttering about finding someone and leaving. "Why would you leave?" She hissed body uncoiling, shifting to look taller more dominant once more. "do you not belong here?" The words spilling out, heart beating faster demanding his full blown attention. "After all.. You hired a body guard, so... Where do you hide them? how do you hide them, oh wait.. Dressing them up like everybody else."
Her body moved forward eyes staring down at him accusingly, "Why did you lie to me?" The question slipping out when she had absolutely no plans to say a word about her feelings. It wasn't on purpose, just kinda slipped.. And she froze on the spot by it, blush growing increasingly red.. Not by the fire. Eyes turning from his refusing to meet his, body posture shrinking a bit.
She struggled with her latest dancer, he wasn't bad... He was just like the others, great, near imperfect... Rather she found herself lonely, loathing this hat she was doing. Why was she here? Why didn't he just leave? Or do something? Why, was she even worry about this at all? Nobody seemed to recognize him, or even give him attention... Was he actually just a prosecutor?
She midterm near ending of the song noticed Julius making his way forward, a blush grew on her face. The guy she was dancing with suddenly grinned as if his commentary or movement had caused the blush, simple slow dance movement ending with the dance. The other male pressed himself closely, But Julius was there tapping her shoulder, asking to be pardoned for excuse... Causing the other male to grow rather upset turning to him, she just rolled her eyes. "Excuse me Monseur.. It would seem somebody needs my attention for business." She pushed herself away letting Julius take her waist and lead her elsewhere away from the group. This ending up to be a small gathering room, one of the many decorated rooms for guests... meetings.. Well Business meetings, the rich.. more worried about business during these celebrations than actual anything else. perhaps this was why they had it in Early december? Prep for January. Certainly wasn't for Family or Christmas.
The room was rather simple couple coaches, some wine and glasses, incredibly comfortably warm. Then could be the reds, oranges, and white mixed colors in the furniture themed... That or the small fire crackle giving her goan a small orange red mixed against the silver of the small cape. "Yes?" She asked with an edge of impatience, her annoyance growing larger.
The gathering of Richness, Gathering of Greatness, and Absolute most important a Gathering of Power for her over Him. She had spent most of the time prepping for the event trying to figure out which gown looked absolutely eye catching, yet not desperate... They all felt absolutely desperate to her, which did not help her mood for revenge against Julius. Such foolish actions, why did she even invite him? The whole event, meant to show off how great your connections were, not create them.
What outfit did she end up going with? Why a lovely green warm velvet with small silver wlk wrapping around the body in a slight cape-like design, the whole dress glittering of course like small gems etched into it. The gown itself was meant to represent the small flickers of snow falling on the crisp green of the pines famous for their Christmas Goodluck.
She deep down actually loathed Christmas parties, especially Christmas Rich Parties, her father was always one to show off their money.. but never once asking her what she wished for her birthday and christmas.. The answer of course been family time, but had he ask answer probably be. Family part of all the rich families, was family time. Making sure not to miss her escort other half, she had arrived thirty minutes early, lurking.. Stalking near the entryway until she saw him, she calmly stood tall waiting for him. Probably a good thing the white dress sleeves she wore prevent her nails from cutting into her palm, as he held that thanking her for the invite. With a small nod she walked inside the sights coming in fast, christmas themed everywhere... The smell of Richess even stronger, such an extravagant event so important it happened even during the cold winter storms.
With a small clear of throat "So glad to have you Monseur Vesper, a great man of your work." She answered head held even taller almost as if she attempted to overlook him, attempted to appear superior to his commoner self. Slight shift she spoke to him, "If you do not mind. I will be over by the food." With that she walked off leaving him without even a word, not even a.. Question to why she seperated so quickly.
The moment she was far enough, her body posture changed from one attempting dominance to solemn softness, followed with a small amount of stifness uncertainty. She only ate a piece of cheese, before sleeking away toward the dance area, her eyes lifting up once a while to look for.. Or watch Julius every movement, the moment she saw he was near by or even lurking at her, she'd pick a male partner looking.. Much nicer... To dance with.. Cutting off any and all partners should they attempt to talk, telling them to just hush and listen to the music. Course, every turn, every chance eyes made sure Julius was watching. Should she notice him looking, she pretended to be caught up in the music turning and swirling. Something about the way she acted and move, clearly read something was off.
Unblievable the two men before her calling her out, centering her out, probably because she was a prime target for their needs to be better. The little bitty fools, she gave a large huff holding any tongue retortions last thing she needed was somebody walk by with a camera and ruin her whole company before her youth was even past the Quartet age. Ooh! This fellow with white hair and ciy eyes seriously getting under her skin!
"A what now? Wethered and alone?" She retorted still attempting to hold her place and stance, body growing rigid fear rushing into her thinking of the childhood she had. Everybody playing all fancy and high-mighty like they were the perfect gems society. They cared not to be a single diamond on a necklace, as long as they Were Large. And Clear. Nicely Cut. Caught all the attention, "The presence of tiny itty bitty diamonds are nothing but useless items for one to pretend they are better. If I am but to live alone, then be it. Rather be alone and the best, than surrounded by useless gems on a necklace." She didn't mean it, but she was just fed up, and anything to get away was the best...
Too bad for her all that fussing and practically forgetting.. again the man in the chair was there getting bumped around, he tumbled to the ground, landing with an off causing the poeple around to gasp and stare. Her heart practically stopped body wishing to tear up, but her maturity kept the frustration in check. The man spoke out asking for the chair, she just stood there staring caught between the guilt of what just happened.. The shock. Most importantly the desire to get far from this crowd and protect her product from prying blue eyes. Using that very moment of distraction.. and the crowds surrounding them losing the focus to walk and group together... She slipped away without even an apology or good bye, clutching her purse close to her body arms crossed. The man... it was his fault.. He wasn't such a jerk... This wouldn't have happened, he can clean it up... Besides the product, was worth more than their lives together, it had to be delivered. Any eyes, all will kill to have it a piece of it. As she managed to slip from the crowd, large open space thanks to the sheep curiusity. She whispered a small apology followed be a tear of guilt, before taking off down the path.
“Yeah we should get going, I guess. Shame though.” said the friend the wheelchair making her stance soften a little, oh good somebody agreed with her. The one she was most worried about getting out. Taking Julius hand gesture as acceptance of her idea, she slowly took the lead looking at the many faces in the eiffel tower, where were the security guards or staff? Why weren't they already announcing the place closed? Perhaps the manager was still attempting to make contact? Were the gathering clouds blocking signals or something?
It was then a movement caught her attention, normally such things she would have ignored with a hand movement and complete focus on the task ahead. But this large figure headed right for Julius, this... Wouldn't have bothered her, as they all agreed to make an exit and perhaps he over heard. What did bother her was the way he leaned toward Julius ear whispering something, this made her heart skip with a small upset tingle. Why would a plain prosecutor have a body guard? One hiding and blending in with the people, that just seems large. Her eye shifted around at the toher people, who else were hiding in the crowd? Who else was working for Julius guarding him? Her paranoia slowly began to rise mixing with the essence of her fear, he lied to her? He gained her trust? When.. he was of a high status hiding in plain sight? What did the man report, was it simply a warning of an exit? Something they already agreed on. Men... Were stupid.. She was stupid, thinking just one was better than the others.
So locked up in her own growing hatred and attitude problem toward the idea Julius had a hidden militia out in public, she barely even registered the growing dangers of the newly constant flickering lights.. Or Oscar's words that they really should be going. Her fingers played with her dress body froze on the spot, heart even colder.. Just a gem stuck in time sharp. Position that shifted with the sudden Shut down of lights causing panic shouting, followed by emergency lights popping on making the panic calm down a bit.
In her paralyzed mental state, it had given Julius time to shout out taking command. She felt an edge of disgust at how she lost control of the group and situation. Her amber eyes looking up at him holding the badge, it.. looked nice... The badge, yeah the bade.. shining strong. thump. "I am prosecutor Vesper. [thump] I need everyone to remain calm and [thump] go to the luxury room over there," His arm pointed toward a room that would be more of a sealed container. Her eyes didn't even follow the looks, no they were staring at the figure before her looking more like a hero of some movie... Angry at herself, angry at the world, angry that he had lied to her. That he had body guards, ones who reported to him, one he stepped closer to.. a coward .
"This is nothing more than a power outage but the staff believes it would be best to stay in the luxury room in case it gets colder due to the storm. So everyone, please head into the room in a calm and orderly fashion."
Everybody obediantly followed his orders, everybody were led like the sheep commoners they were. She just stood there staring sad at the truth of once again a male figure misled her, a small sigh escaped her as Julius silver eyes met hers and probably oscar's. Motioning at the two of them to enter the room, "after...you two..." Not just you, not just her.. Them, both of them his friend and her? This confused her, baffled her just what was he trying to pull here? Was he pretending to be the prescutor new to the rich life, or was it all just some sort of High Class persona blending in around? If blending was he aimed at her or some other goal? Soon speaking the command to enter, making sure the employees follow the commands of a manager.. the prosecutor in disguise. The raven hair male instantly turned to the body guard asking just where it was, this hurting resealing that yeah.. Those two were working together.. Yeah he had more going on just some boring male commoner thrown into her world caring of her.
She silently cooly turned away following the crowd the cold almost welcoming to the warmth in her cheeks and body. The growing bile of her throat... Males they were all same. Just blind and caring for themselves. Her body grew stone hard ignoring the existence of Oscar, not even caring anymore if he was behind her or even in the scene. She merely walked into the room completely packed with people, where were the staff? Those Failures. Low-lifes dependent. Looking around she found a table empty of people... couple of cups. Calmly she stepped onto it raising herself above all the other pretenders. clearing her throat. "I need everybody to sit around the edges, no pushing." Her voice rang out sounding as if she cared about these people safety and knew the best option to follow here. Really all her thoughts could do was replay what had happened... Tall body guard whispering closely to Julius.. Julius shifting and taking the information with great seriousness... He was no Prosecutor... They were not so quick to act in this scenario... They...they.. didn't have bdy guards. She wanted to cry, scream, slap the man.
The group of people she spoke to seemd to notice her... Taking her outfit and outward over priced appearance as one of authority and slowly began to folow her orders, it seemed only logical right? Whisperings of who she was, and some recognizing her as jewelry heiress went through the crowds.. Others asking if she even knew what she was doing, others asking about security... Others asking where the male before had ran off... Whisperings..... Just whisperings.. Useless things. They eventually all obeyed due to peer pressure and sudden louder noises of the winds growing making them fear the absolute worst. She slowly stepped down the dress making it harder, refusing absolutely any help that may had been offered.
Should Oscar had entered the room, she flat out made it clear she was ignoring him.. Flat out didn't want to be here or do any of this.... Eyes only staring at Julius should he even be there, should he not then the emptiness growing snow of where the figure long vanished.
ooc: Sorry for taking the story with the NPCs there at end, figured since Vy skipped around, I'd go ahead too move the story portion along. If anybody wants me to delete the paragraphs I can.
